About Us
How it all started: Ad-dicts began in 2009 as a mailing list to help animals in need. It is a family run business with over 2,800 loyal mailing list subscribers including Zambians, residents, NGOs, embassies, and expats.
We've grown to include Facebook page & group, Instagram, a dedicated WhatsApp events group, and a website. We love supporting community projects, charities, and animal welfare in Zambia.
We offer free emergency notices, memorials, lost pets, household item sales, and job-seeking posts for our subscribers.
One of our proud achievements is the coffee table book "Kapenta & Lerish & Other Fishy Tales" in which all proceeds were donated to Lusaka Animal Welfare Society.
Zambia is one of the most beautiful, friendly and safe countries in Africa. We have huge National Parks teeming with game and birdlife, lots of rivers and waterfalls and lots of smiles! If you haven't been, put it on your bucket list!!!
